Simple Fall Decoration - 3 Things I use to make my home ready for Fall
Fall is a season filled with work, school, and a growing to-do list. While the urge to decorate can be strong, it's not a necessity. In past years, I completely skipped fall decor. However, I've discovered that a few simple touches can create a cozy atmosphere without overwhelming a space.
This year, I've focused on these key elements:
- Pumpkins and apples: Timeless symbols of fall that you can find at any grocery store.
- Felt decor: Adds warmth and texture to any room. I bought my felt pumpkin and garland at Trader Joe's.
- Candles: Create a soothing ambiance with fall-inspired scents like clove & orange, cinnamon & cardamom or our very new limited edition candle with vanilla, cardamom and sweet orange.
Small pumkins, apples and tea towels, all easy small elements to add to you home.
Felt pumkin and garland from Trader Joe's, dried straws and a Cabin Fever candle all add to the Fall vibe.
For additional touches, I've incorporated:
- Kitchen towels: A small but noticeable change.
- A pumpkin bowl: Both functional and festive.
- Dried straw: Brings a rustic charm.
For Halloween, I keep things light and fun with my kids, adding a few spooky decorations to our existing fall decor. Like the Witch Potion Limited Edition candle, available now here
By keeping it simple, I've found that fall decorating can be enjoyable and stress-free. It allows me to savor the season without feeling overwhelmed.
