Moonridge Candle Company LLC (referred to as “Moonridge”, “Company”, “us”, “our”, and “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Moonridge collects, uses and shares personal information of users of the website located at www.moonridgecandles.com and any other services provided by or through Moonridge as described on said website (collectively, the “Site”). You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use (the “TOU”), and that by accessing or using our Site, you also accept and agree to be bound by our TOU. Please read the TOU carefully, as it contains procedures for MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER which shall apply to all disputes except as otherwise provided in the TOU.

1. Types of Information Collected

3. Release of Information

4. Updating and Correcting Information

We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your Account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete certain information associated with past transactions on the Site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

Only Moonridge (or agents working on behalf of Moonridge and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these communications and only if you have not indicated that you object to receiving these communications.

10. Miscellaneous Privacy Issues
